Who are our courses for?
The courses will offer essential knowledge for anyone who is involved in commissioning, producing or overseeing marketing communications. This will be beneficial for you if you are involved in producing advertising, marketing or sales promotion campaigns for yourself or your client.

How long will it take me to complete a course?
The online course takes approximately 1 hour to complete if done in one sitting but you can dip in and out of it whenever you like. This means you can work at your own speed. You will have 24-hour access to the interactive resources and activities. You can also access further information and extend your reading through the material in the resource centre.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments to CAP via Nelson Croom are processed by the WorldPay payment system which uses established techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. You can find more information here.

Are all of my details secure/confidential?
Your details are safe with www.caplearning.org.uk and we have a full Privacy Policy. We do not sell, or rent, your data to third parties and we only use your details to communicate with you about your account and orders.

Can I get a VAT receipt?
Yes, a VAT receipt will be sent to the email address that you supply when setting up your account.

Do I need to have an account to make an order?
Yes, an account is required to make a purchase. This means we can make sure you can keep accessing the courses you have bought every time you come to our service. Creating an account only takes a few seconds. You will be required to fill a form and select a username and password for yourself. Press the submit button to register.Once youíve purchased your course you can log in using the same username and password to view all your courses.

What happens once Iíve purchased a course?
Once you have completed the payment process you will be taken to back to the www.caplearning.org.uk homepage. Your courses will be listed on the right hand side of the page, under the heading "My courses". Click on a course and you will be taken straight in.

Can I revisit the courses once I have completed them?
Yes, you can access your course(s) as often as you want to during your 180 days' access period. Just go to www.cap.org.uk, log in and your courses are listed for you on the right-hand side of the screen.

How do I check which courses I have already purchased?
Go to www.caplearning.org.uk, log in and the courses you have purchased are listed in the "My Courses" box on the right hand screen.

How do I access my courses?
Go to www.caplearning.org.uk, log in and the courses you have purchased are listed in the "My Courses" box on the right-hand side of the screen. Click on any course and you will be taken straight in.

What do I do if I have forgotten my login details?
The login box on the right hand side menu provides an option for you to be sent a reminder email of your username and password.

How do I change my username or password?
You can change your username and password in the Personal Profile area of any course (including the demo course). Just click the button on the left hand navigation bar and you will be able to update your details.

How do I change the email address that I have registered with?

How do I remove my account?
If you would like to remove your account from accountingcpd.net please email customerservice@nelsoncroom.co.uk with the subject line "Remove account". Please include your username and the email address that your account is registered to.

What do I do if I canít access a course I have purchased?
If you are having problems accessing your course(s) please email us at customerservice@nelsoncroom.co.uk or give us a call on 020 7582 3309.

Do I get a completion certificate?
Once you have completed the online course you will be able to download and print your certificate.

Are there any face-to-face seminar options available?
In London, we hold monthly Advice:AM seminar courses on a range of topics. We can also design a tailor-made training event to fit your companyís needs. Find out more at www.cap.org.uk.

Where do I find the UK Advertising Codes?
The UK Advertising Codes lay down rules for advertisers, agencies and media owners to follow. They can be accessed via www.cap.org.uk. They include general rules that state advertising must be responsible, must not mislead, or offend and specific rules that cover advertising to children and ads for specific sectors like alcohol, gambling, motoring, health and financial products.

What computer set up do I need to access the courses?
CAP eLearning courses are designed so that you DON'T need any special computer set up, downloads or plug ins. All you need to access the courses is a computer with internet access.
