Our courses take approximately 90 minutes to two hours to complete if done in one sitting but you can dip in and out of them whenever you like. Yes, an account is required to make a purchase. This means we can make sure you can keep accessing the courses you have bought every time you come to our service. Creating an account only takes a few seconds. You will be required to fill a form and select a username and password for yourself. Press the submit button to register. Once you’ve purchased your course you can log in using the same username and password to view all your courses.

Once you have completed the payment process you will be taken to back to the www.caplearning.org.uk home page. Your courses will be listed on the right hand side of the page, under the heading "My courses". Click on a course and you will be taken straight in.

Yes, you can access your course(s) as often as you want to during your 180 days' access period. Just go to www.cap.org.uk, log in and your courses are listed for you on the right-hand side of the screen.

They include general rules that state advertising must be responsible, must not mislead, or offend and specific rules that cover advertising to children and ads for specific sectors like alcohol, gambling, motoring, health and financial products.

CAP eLearning courses are designed so that you DON’T need any special computer set up, downloads or plug ins. All you need to access the courses is a computer with internet access.
